The majority of people do not get enough sleep or do not sleep properly. Sleeping becomes even more challenging during Ramadan as our schedules rapidly change to accommodate taraweeh, suhoor and qiyam. So to help you sleep better, this week I’ll discuss specific ways of managing your sleep.
