Tarek Mourad specializes in the areas of organizational development and leadership coaching. He is an entrepreneurial business coach and consultant, founding and leading a company called Soaring Revenues. As an Oaktree Institute trainer, he brings years of professional experience in the field of leadership from the technology industry in project management. He is a subject matter expert in the areas of strategic planning and leadership coaching. Tarek serves in various capacities including as a mentor, coach, speaker and trainer, who is passionate about the subjects of personal development and organizational transformation.

He has been involved with community development efforts for over 30 years, serving in various leadership positions of community-based religious organizations, including many different boards and executive teams. He also helped found and run an educational institution in the California area. Tarek earned his degree in Engineering from Cornell University and resides in the Bay Area. In his free time, he loves spending time with his grandchildren and exploring the outdoors.
