There is a mentorship crisis. Leaders of our organizations, imams, youth workers and activists, namely – operate solo without consistent mentorship and support. And we are seeing the devastating impact of this in our communities. From lack of unity and collaboration to ethical and legal violations to downright harmful decisions and actions, we all pay the price. This session will explore how we need to shift our approach to mentorship, guide individuals in seeking mentors, and help organizations foster better mentorship practices for the next generation.
